Our Commitment to Compliance

In the UK, Health and Social care services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The CQC are a governmental agency who oversee services, including those like ours, to ensure they deliver safe, compassionate and high quality care.

PsychOnline are currently operating as exempt from registration with the CQC. However, we have still implemented rigorous measure to ensure we are providing you with compassionate care.

Exemption Details:

-PsychOnline area group of Doctors who are not operating as a Limited Company.

-All members of the PsychOnline group are employed by a service provider who are registered for Treatment, Disease and Disorder.

-All members of the PsychOnline group are regulated by their respective regulatory bodies

All Psychiatrists are on the GMC Register

All Psychologists are on the HCPC Register

-PsychOnline are not providing any services under Schedule 2, Paragraph 4 of the CQC exemption document

However, we are in the process of Registering with the CQC, and our team is working hard for this.
